I placed a big order on PrinterStudio and I wasn’t completely sure how it was going to go, since there were a lot of items involved. But everything showed up packed well and, as far as I could tell, it was all organized better than I expected.
I did have one small question along the way and support got back to me fairly quickly, which was nice. No missing items, no real issues, and I’d probably use them again if I needed another bulk order...

I used the site a little while back, maybe last month or the month before, and it worked fine overall. No big issues with browsing or anything. I just expected there to be more products and styles available. The selection felt limited, so I was a bit disappointed...

The navigation was simple for me, like I found stuff without much trouble. It was a little slow though, which was kind of not great, but overall it worked okay

Still, I’m happy with what I ended up making.

Tracking updated enough that I wasn’t left wondering where it was, and there were zero weird customs problems. Really happy with how it all went.

They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed or talked down to. that kind of basic respect should be the norm, and I really appreciated it.

I thought it was a good price for what I got and it felt worth the money, I don’t really have any complaints because it did what I needed it to do and I’m happy with it overall

My order did show up eventually, and everything was in good condition, so that was a relief!! But it definitely arrived later than expected... the tracking wasn’t super helpful at all?? I kept checking it and didn’t really get much useful info. Overall, it got here fine, just not the smoothest delivery experience!!!

Some of my prints came out wrong, which was annoying. It also feels frustrating when the terms seem to change from what I expected, so the whole experience just left me a bit disappointed.

My only small complaint is that I didn’t see the shipping cost as early as I would’ve liked, but to be fair I might’ve just been rushing and clicking around too fast. I’ve had a good experience with PrinterStudio’s coupons and sale prices. There’s something about it that just feels easier when the discount shows up clearly before checkout, so you know what you’re actually saving. It can take a decent amount off custom items too. I’d just say check the promo page first so you don’t accidentally miss a better deal.

The order tracking updated properly, so I always had a decent idea of where my package was. It did take a little longer than I hoped, but nothing unreasonable. As long as customers are kept in the loop and treated fairly, I think that goes a long way

The paper quality is really good. I had a quick question before ordering and support basically said something like, “It’s a thicker, smooth paper that holds up well,” and that ended up being accurate. Feels nice in hand and doesn’t seem cheap at all.
